Giordano Fatali is the Founder and President of HRC Group, a Network of Human Resource Directors with over 300 of the largest and most prestigious national and multinational companies.

He is a seasoned HR Director and draws upon 20 years of Human Resources experience and consultancy working for Todini Costruzioni Generali, Gruppo Buffetti and TAV, part of the Italian State Railway Group “Ferrovie dello Stato”. He is closely connected to the business world and has consulted with major international firms such as Mercuri Urval, Arthur Andersen Mba and Coopers and Lybrand.

In addition to founding HRC Group, he has an inherent passion for creating outstanding initiatives that bring about cutting-edge projects and solutions for small and large enterprises worldwide.
With a consolidated HR background, Giordano has focused much of his energy on the labour market and Italian occupational trends from an analytical, political and institutional point of view, dealing with important representatives such as Giuliano Poletti (Labour Minister), Roberto Maroni (President of Lombardy and former Labour Minister), Cesare Damiano (President of Labour Commission for Italian Chamber of Deputies, former Labour Minister), Maurizio Sacconi (President of Labour Commission for Italian Senate, former Labour Minister) Emma Marcegaglia (President of Eni SPA, former President for the General Confederation of Italian Industry commonly known as Confindustria) Tiziano Treu (labour lawyer, former Labour Minister, Professor and member of Italian Senate), Luca Cordero Di Montezemolo ( Current Chairman of Alitalia, Former President of Ferrari S.P.A. and Former Chairmen of FIAT), Elsa Fornero (Academic, former Labour Minister), Enrico Giovannini (Academic, former Labour Minister), and others.

He is also a regular face on the italian TV, conducting, presenting and participating in a wide range of HR and Labour Market related programmes. He has presented 5 editions of a weekly feature for Sky TG24 “Cerco Lavoro” and spent two years working on  the prime time program “Il Contratto-Gente di Talento” (LA7), in which he participated as a labour market expert giving advice and insights to job seekers and Companies. Furthermore, his knowledge and know-how are much sought after, with guest appearances in many important italian talk shows such as, for example, Ballarò, TG3 Linea Notte (Rai3); Unomattina (Rai1); “L’intervista di Maria Latella” (SKY); Class CNBC; Rete4.

Giordano Fatali has published columns and special inserts on Career Guidance under the title of “Trova lavoro con noi” in the weekly magazine “Panorama” along with many interviews and articles in major newspapers, such as: IlSole24Ore, Il Corriere della Sera, Il Mondo, Panorama, ItaliaOggi, Economy, etc.

He has appeared on the front cover of Economy and Panorama on 5 occasions and recently kicked-off an annual tour with Panorama d’Italia, whilst the thriving HRC Group he is president of boasts 6 special inserts and 5 front covers dedicated to it. He is also the author of four management books, one of which deals more specifically with the dynamics of the Italian Labour Market.
